Does Wheelchair Ramp In FIB UNS Help?

In order to achieve World Class University, Sebelas Maret University provides disability-friendly-facility.  One of these facilities is a wheelchair ramp in the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Sebelas Maret University. This ramp is winding and located in front of building one Faculty of Sciences. In fact, This winding ramp makes the wheelchair users hard to reach the floor. Because of this ramp uses porcelain as the floor so it makes the path becomes slippery and improper to be used for wheelchair users. In addition, slope 1: 3 makes it difficult for wheelchair users to cross because short track distances with steep turns can be dangerous. FIB UNS Provides Wheelchair Ramp

Faculty of Cultural Sciences Sebelas Maret University provides wheelchair ramp as disability-friendly-facility. It has been available since 2017. It is located in front of the building one. Sebelas Maret University purposes to achieve World Class University. One of the terms to achieve World Class University is providing disability-friendly facilities. Therefore, all faculties in Sebelas Maret University are synergized together to provide disability-friendly facilities, one is the Faculty of Cultural Sciences. Faculty of Cultural Sciences built a wheelchair ramp to fulfill the World University standard. This ramp uses common ceramic as its floor. This ceramic makes the ramp becomes slippery. Events In Arabic Fair Does Not Relate To The Theme

Qis'ar held Arabic Fair with the theme “spreading middle-east culture in Nusantara” to present middle-east culture to all students and the public at Lembah Teknik and UNS area. This event held many contests, but some of them were not related to the theme such as the talk-show and the motions of debate contest. "This event was held for 3 days. The first day, we held a speech contest, story-telling contest, news anchor contest. In the next day, there were poetry contest, MQK contest, essay contest, hadroh contest, calligraphy contest, and debate contest. For the last day, we had talk-show as the closing session. Qis'ar Holds Arabic Fair In UNS

Arabic Fair was an annual event held by Qis'ar on September 26 – 28, 2019. This event had taken place at UNS areas such as Lembah Teknik, Faculty of cultural sciences, UNS Library Werkudara Seminar room, and Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. The event brought spreading middle-east culture to Nusantara as the theme. This event held many contests for two days aimed to develop the ability to speak in Arabic. These contests were categorized into three categories, there are students, student-college, and public. The peak event was holding national talk-show on the last day and presenting Pandji Pragiwaksono as the speaker.
